The information on playing cards.

The “three-suited” card games use an original set of playing cards and exist independently of games using traditional playing cards. Traditionally playing cards are grouped in four suits, but a set can consist of three suits as well.
In principle card games can also use five or six suits, but the abundance of suits makes card game playing difficult.
The three suits correspond to three different colors, i.e. the playing cards are marked as red, yellow or green.
Three-suited card games use three decks of playing cards each of them being comprised of three suits and each suit is comprised of 6 values from 1 through 6; in other words the three decks are comprised of 54 playing cards in total.
One can distinguish playing cards from different decks by the presence or absence of various circles on card backs and faces.
In the second deck the values are multiplied by ten, i.e. numbers are followed by a zero; in the third deck the values are multiplied by hundred, i.e. numbers are followed by a double zero. This allows the players to use these playing cards as if they have either equal or different values.
Proportional groups of playing cards in each deck are marked with points on the card backs and faces. Each deck is comprised of three complementary groups (each complementary group being comprised of 6 playing cards).
According to the combinatorial construction, three-suited card games can be played if the number of players is a multiple of three. Each player can play with both, his deck or playing cards forming a complementary group in a deck.
The playing cards are also marked with arrows showing their orientation, so one can orient the playing cards on a game board.
It is desirable to use a game board 9 (columns) x 6 (rows). The rows are numbered and their numbers correspond to the values of the playing cards. Different columns are marked with different colors corresponding to playing card suits.
The game board is comprised of 54 squares and in the three decks there are also 54 playing cards, i.e. each playing card can be placed on a correspondent square.
The game board is comprised of alternating dark and light squares, and 1/3 of the squares are highlighted, because this is necessary for some games.
The three-suited card games are enjoyable, if the number of players is a multiple of three, i.e. if there are 3, 6 or 9. The players can have the same chance to win. They can put the playing cards face-up (openly).

The three-suited card game set holds the patent of invention RU2243800, and three-suited playing cards can be manufactured independently from traditional four-suited playing cards versions (if somebody is interested in manufacture).
